DESCRIPTION: The semi-candied fruits are obtained from a careful cold process which leaves their organoleptic characteristics unaltered. The low sugar content (45° Bx) helps to give the product a fresh and natural taste, avoids freezing at negative temperatures, maintains the soft and resistant consistency, with a bright and natural colour. To preserve these characteristics, the fruit is packaged together with its candying syrup.
