Grown in the Cuneo area, it is guaranteed by the PGI mark, Indication of Geographical Origin Protected. Roasting enhances the taste and aroma, qualities that are maintained during grinding to the consistency of grain. This is used in the decoration of desserts and ice creams, but also as an ingredient in salads and fresh fruit salads. Gluten free.
